Jury Trial Date Set for Equality 9! March 28th, 2012 Civil Rights Heroes in Court

For over a year now, Californians have been waiting for the justice promised by Judge Walker to take effect. During that same time nine people have been waiting for their day in court...the Equality 9.

This trial is about the right of people to peaceably assemble, the right to free speech, and the injustice of Prop8. Before the trial rolls around on March 28th, (cross your fingers) the 9th Circuit Court may throw out the case holding Prop 8 in place.
